domattribute DomDocument->create_attribute
( string $name
, string $value
)
この関数は DomAttribute クラスの新規インスタンスを返します。 属性名は第 1 パラメータの値です。属性値は第 2 パラメータです。 このノードは、(たとえば) domnode_append_child() などで挿入されない限り、ドキュメント内に現われません。
エラーが発生した場合、戻り値は FALSE です。
